I am so excited to bring you the best tasting pancake mix on the market! Aletia’s Farmhouse Pancake Mix was inspired by my Grandmother’s delicious buttermilk pancakes.
One 16 ounce package makes 8 to 10 light and fluffy pancakes. Two packages of pancake mix comes in each order. You can share with a friend or enjoy another day of delicious pancakes.
Our Story
Some of my happiest childhood memories are of the summers that my sister and I spent with our Grandparents on their farm. My Grandmother’s buttermilk pancakes were the highlight of our summer visits. Every morning in her big country kitchen, she would “joyfully’ whip up a batch of her famous light and fluffy pancakes. We affectionately called them ‘ Grandmother’s Buttermilk Pancakes.” Oh my goodness they were so delicious! They were made with lots of love and freshly churned butter.
A few years ago I decided to experiment with making her buttermilk pancake recipe into a mix. After lots of experimenting, I finally succeeded in creating a mix that tasted exactly like my Grandmother’s did! That was the moment Aletia’s Farmhouse Pancakes was born.
