This Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is light, fluffy, and made with only 5 simple ingredients in just minutes. Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, spring parties, or serving with fresh fruit and cookies any time of year.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) block full-fat cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip (whipped topping)
- ½ cup seedless strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and well combined.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula or wooden spoon until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Spread the mixture into a serving bowl or shallow dish.
- Warm the strawberry jam for about 10 seconds in the microwave and stir well and spoon the strawberry jam over the top and lightly swirl with a knife for a pretty marbled look.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving if you want it extra thick.
