Description

This Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Dip is light, fluffy, and made with only 5 simple ingredients in just minutes. Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, spring parties, or serving with fresh fruit and cookies any time of year.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip (whipped topping)
  • ½ cup seedless strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a spatula or wooden spoon until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Spread the mixture into a serving bowl or shallow dish.
  5. Warm the strawberry jam for about 10 seconds in the microwave and stir well and spoon the strawberry jam over the top and lightly swirl with a knife for a pretty marbled look.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving if you want it extra thick.
