Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can pear halves or slices
- ⅔ cup freshly (finely) shredded extra sharp or sharp cheddar cheese
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- Maraschino cherries, well drained
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Drain juice from pear halves and place onto a serving plate lined with lettuce leaves.
- Place a dollop of mayonnaise onto each pear half.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Top with one maraschino cherry on top of cheese.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
