Ingredients
- 5 cups cube cooked chicken (white meat only)
- 1 (8-ounce) package b owtie pasta
- 2 1⁄2 cups broccoli florets, chopped in bite size pieces
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 (24-ounce) can small black olives, drained
- 1⁄2 cup chopped red onion
- 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Do not overcook.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix vegetables, cheese and pecans.
- Add pasta tossing gently to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
